Alvin’s fiancée, Nana, envisioned a surprise celebration that reflected Alvin’s love for tennis, community, and celebration. This private indoor tennis club was transformed into an unforgettable experience a fusion of sport and heartfelt celebration. The objective: bring together Alvin’s closest friends and family in a space that was high-energy, stylish, and deeply personal.

Our Approach
We embraced the cultural richness by collaborating closely with elders and family leaders, ensuring ceremonial elements were honored to the fullest. Behind the scenes, our team managed vendor load-in, audiovisual transitions, and a tight ceremony-to-reception flip. Every moment was choreographed with precision and grace.
